Robbie has dedicated his life to being a fine dining chef.
He started in a professional kitchen when he was 15 “doing what no one else wanted to do.” He truly started from the bottom, but worked his way up quickly, giving him an appreciation for every person in the kitchen.
His approach to fine dining, is food that is well sourced, simple, but has many components put together in an artful way. His dishes are intricate, flavorful, but light and fresh.
He offers a very unique experience at every event by speaking with his guests and presenting each dish with the beverage pairing. Chef Robbie’s dining experience is one of unique refinement.
Chef Robbie is a Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park graduate.
LUXURY APPLIANCE CHEF
Chef Robbie has been in the home appliance industry for 11 years.
He has cooked in multi million dollar homes, showrooms, and studios. There isn’t an appliance or feature that Robbie has not used or is not familiar with, he truly is an appliance expert.
He can not only cook an amazing 5 course meal, but he can explain exactly how each appliance and feature play into the unique role of each dish.
Through his in home chef demos and dinners, he gives clients a thorough understanding of their new Luxury Appliances so they can enjoy and have fun with their new investment!
COOKWARE
Cookware is something that Chef Robbie has always been passionate about. When working with clients, he has seen many people with poor quality cookware that are frustrated from not getting the results they desire. The same goes with knives, tools, and even dining room products.
Seeing the need for better products he created Epicurean Essentials, which offers tailored made and curated kitchen and dining packages.
Chef Robbie is passionate about not only teaching about food and cooking, but also the tools used to get the results clients desire.
Savory Celebration is a luxury private event company offering full service catering, beverage services, event planning, rentals and staff.
Multi course dinners, small plates parties, and iron chef team building competitions.
Chef Robbie offers in home and onsite dining experiences, personalized appliance events and education, and cookware, kitchen, and dining products.
Each of these services are curated and executed specific to the customers wants, needs, and goals.
Luxury Appliance Rewards is an appliance rewards program for designers, builders, and appliance dealers encompassing new home appliances demos and experiences, as well as a customized new home gifts and amenity programs.
